随着我国石化事业迅猛发展，为了解决工程建设中气力输送长期依靠国外引进的现状，于2003年11月，中国石油化工集团公司组建了我国自己的专业粉体输送公司——上海金申德粉体工程有限公司（简称KSD）。公司的大股东是中国石油化工科技开发有限公司和中石化上海工程有限公司。

金申德公司自建立之日起聘请了国际著名气力输送专家作为公司的技术顾问，公司建设了具有世界先进水平的粉粒料气力输送实验装置，通过开发研究，掌握了稀相和密相气力输送工艺技术、管道变径技术，关键设备技术（掺混料仓、淘析器、水分离器等）、系统控制和集成技术。

公司下设前期部、设计部、采购部、现场服务部、科研部等机构，是上海市高新科技企业，并通过ISO9001质量管理保证体系论证；公司已开发了2项发明专利和18项实用新型专利， 2008年获中石化科技进步一等奖，2012和2015年获中石化科技进步二等奖。

公司为石化工业粉粒料提供散装固体处理系统以及相关的专业服务，主要业务范围：气力输送、混合和均化、粒料的分离清洗、加料和称重。我们提供系统总体设计、设备成套及服务，如项目方案、设计、采购、安装指导、开车调试和售后服务。”

公司已经承接了近60套气力输送项目，均一次开车成功，获得了用户好评。

For themission of changing the situation that for a long time pneumatic conveyingsystem relied heavily on imported technology along with the quick progress ofpetrochemical industry in China , Shanghai KSD Bulk Solids Engineering CompanyLTD (KSD) was founded in November 2003. The Main shareholders of KSD areSinopec Science & Technology Development Company LTD and Sinopec ShanghaiEngineering Company LTD.

Since itsestablishment, KSD has deployed a renowned German expert specialized inpneumatic conveying technology as its senior consultant, and built advanced bulk solid pneumatic conveying testing & verificationfacility in the world. Through research and development, KSD has mastered thedilute-phase and dense-phase pneumatic conveying technology, pipeline reducingtechnology, critical equipment (blending silo, elutriator, water separatoretc.) technology, system control and integration technology.

There are salesdepartment, engineering department, procurement department, site servicedepartment and technology R&D department etc. in KSD. It is announced “high-techenterprise” by Shanghai Authority as well as an ISO9001-2008 quality managementsystem certified company. To date, KSD has obtained 2 invention patents and 18utility-model patents. It won 1^st prize of Science and TechnologyProgress in Sinopec Group in 2008 and 2^nd prize of Science andTechnology Progress respectively in 2012 and 2015.

KSD provides professional service relating to bulk solids handlingsystem of petrochemical industry. Its main scope of service includes pneumaticconveying, blending and homogenizing, pellet separation and cleaning, feedingand weighing. We provide system design ,complete equipments and service, includingsystem design, supply, installation instruction ,commissioning and after-salesservice etc.
